Josep M. Coll, PhD

Josep is focused on envisioning new narratives around viable futures for shaping new human, organizational and economic systems that are inclusive, more conscious and regenerative by design. To do so, Josep works as an author, international speaker, consultant and professor. He is associate professor of Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation at EADA Business School, visiting professor at Yonsei University in South Korea, and research associate at Maastricht School of Management.

As an independent consultant, he accompanies and coaches organizations, executives and entrepreneurs to transition to the new regenerative business paradigm.

He works for a wide range of private and public organizations, such as the United Nations and the European Commission, and has worked for companies such as Samsung, Posco, Scytl, Bayer, Zanini, Girbau and Amec, among others. He likes developing new pathways. He created the Zen Business Model, the Wise Cities program and the first masters in Sustainable Business and Innovation. In the United Nations system, he co-led the first corporate developmental evaluation and adaptive management movement in UNFPA; and he co-designed the first capacity development program on systems thinking for sustainable development for UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinators.
